Sigona Golf Club intends to undertake the construction of a modern Golf Clubhouse at Kikuyu, Kenya. The facility will comprise hospitality areas, locker rooms, food and beverage outlets, administrative offices, pro shop, terraces, and associated external works including landscaping and interface with the golf course.

To ensure strict compliance with design specifications, quality standards and contractual obligations, the Client seeks to engage a qualified and experienced Clerk of Works to act as the Client’s independent on-site representative.
