Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer will lead efforts to grow revenue by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with members and sponsors.

A key focus will be acquiring and retaining golf sponsors while ensuring partnerships remain mutually beneficial. The role requires proven sales or business development experience and strong communication skills.

Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of all club facilities, buildings, and grounds (excluding the golf course).

The role ensures that the club’s infrastructure, utilities, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for members, guests, and staff.

The Facilities Manager will also develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, manage service  providers, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, contributing directly to the overall member experience and operational excellence of the club.

This role co-ordinates maintenance of plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.

Sigona Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Golf Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all golf-related activities.

The role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day golf operations, overseeing staff, exceptional member and guest experiences, the successful delivery of tournaments and events and maintaining the highest standards of course playability and club facilities.

Head Mechanic

The Head Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all golf course equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

This role oversees workshop operations, schedules preventative maintenance, manages parts inventory and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards. With strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail, they will support course playability and the overall member experience.

Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest and public areas.

The role involves planning and supervising daily housekeeping operations, assigning tasks, training staff, and monitoring performance to maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for members, guests, and staff.

The Supervisor also reports maintenance needs, ensures proper linen management, and upholds health, safety, and security standards.
