Ordinary Membership

• Single Full Members.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Elected as such by the Committee.
• Paid Entrance Fee.

Joint Membership
Entrance Fee: Kshs.1,095,000/=
Annual Subs: Kshs.85,734/=

Conditions:
• Husband & Wife or Nominated Spouse.
• Over 18 years of age (both).
• Elected as such by the Committee.
• Paid Entrance Fee.
• Paid Current Subscription.
• Conversion from other full membership categories to include spouse on payment of the difference between the current category and joint category prevailing entrance fee.
• Treated as individual members in their own respective rights including right to vote.
• Spends a minimum of Kshs.2500/- per month in the Club.
Non-Playing Membership
Entrance Fee: Kshs.250,000/= (20% increase for joint)

Conditions:
• Company or Corporate bodies who have paid entrance fees for their specified number of employees (minimum 7).
• Corporate members must be over 18 years of age.

• Spends a minimum of Kshs.2500/- per month in the Club.
Expatriate Membership
Entrance Fee: Kshs.30,000/= (One off Refundable Deposit)

Conditions:
• Foreign person who is in Kenya on contract terms and has provided proof of the same.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Elected as such by the Committee.
• Paid Entrance Fee.
• Non-voting Member.
• Spends a minimum of Kshs.2500/- per month in the Club.
Junior Membership
Annual Subs: Kshs.18,070/=

• A child of either Full, Ordinary or Joint Member.

• Pays 25% of ordinary annual subscription.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Step 1:
Membership application forms are collected by the proposer.
> The proposer must be a voting member.
> The proposer and seconder must have been members of the Club for at least two (2) years.
Step 2:
The form is returned to the Club with:
> Payment for the category desired (either in full or a non-refundable 50% commitment fee).
> Applicants Curriculum Vitae (CV).
> Two Passport size photos.
> Copy of Identification Card (ID)
Step 3:
After confirming that the form is completed in all aspects, the form is pinned on the Membership Notice Board for one month (30 Days) for Members verification.
Step 4:
If there is no objection from the general membership, the applicant is invited for a balloting interview in writing held during the monthly Staff & Members Welfare Sub-committee meeting. The applicant should be accompanied by his proposer or in his absence his seconder.
Step 5:
If balloting is successful, the applicant is issued with a balloting card to obtain a minimum of seven (7) signatures from the Directors within one month (30 days). The applicant is introduced to the Directors by his proposer/seconder. The applicant pays the full entrance fee if the same was not done when applying for membership.
Step 6:
After the balloting card has been returned fully signed the Staff & Members Welfare Sub-committee recommends to the Board to admit the applicant as a member. The admission is communicated to the applicant in writing.
